Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, a tracking number will be provided.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, certain locations may have limited delivery options.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
